'We were treated like royalty!'
What a fantastic experience! Intimate luxury. A tastefully renovated old building on an elegant street bang in the middle of the Hague. The location could not be faulted. Surrounded by good restaurants. So many little touches reinforce the feeling of understated luxury that envelopes you once you enter your very own palace. The staff are outstanding. So welcoming! We were treated like the Royal Family by everyone. We spent 4 glorious days and will return soon. Marja and Frank have done a great job of creating an idyllic place to stay. - Michael G, stayed May 2016
'A special find, a special retreat'
Truly, I did want to stay on a while longer in this lovely, peaceful retreat so tastefully appointed. Professional, helpful staff. A delightful, elegant breakfast room with choices, linens, & a lovely woman overseeing one's care. There is a comfortable lounge as well where one can enjoy a cocktail, or sit & read. The old town location is enchanting & not a far walk to museums we wanted to visit. Thank you to the Paleis for making us feel like royalty. - Tulipia, stayed April 2016
'A Hotel Run with Passion for People'
WOW.. This is the best example ever of a family hotel, we chatted to the owner who has such a zeal for maintaining a special Independant hotel feel.. And it does, it's a real family feel, exceptionally professional and friendly staff who were so helpful and polite it was lovely. All the rooms are huge, brilliantly decorated and still have proper old fashioned keys to the doors - which I love.. Don't go to the big boring card chain hotels - you won't get this wonderful boutique experience.. There isn't a car park on site but small price to pay as there is one within a 3 minutes walk which is great. I also took my 80 year old parents who loved this hotel and the location near to the Royal Palace and just how central it is.. Literally you are in it !. I recommend this hotel very much. - Robert D, stayed March 2016
'A class apart'
From the moment you arrive this hotel makes you feel special. Located in a cute street with small shops and bars, you enter a mini-world of luxury. Every little detail has been thought of, from the exquisite furniture to the super comfy bed and delightfully warm bathroom. Recommend...We had the romantic package and the champers and breakfast were both lush. Spoil your partner - spoil yourself! Andrew R, stayed March 2016
'Great quality, superb service!'
Great small hotel, tucked away down a pretty street & close to shops, bars & restaurants. Room was cosy, but very well equipped & furnished. Great toiletries in the spotless bathroom and free Wi-Fi too. Plenty choice with the continental buffet breakfast. Service throughout my 3 day stay was superb - it genuinely felt that all the staff involved would make every effort to ensure my stay went well, a very pleasant alternative to the standard chain hotels I usually stay in. - PDSscotland, stayed November 2015
